Nargiz Abdullayeva is a senior consultant of the Museums and Supervision of Cultural Values Division of the Cultural Artefacts and Folklore Creativity Department at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

She graduated from the Azerbaijani State Pedagogical University. Currently she continues her education at the Academy of Public Management under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2012 (February – May), she was the Curator of Azerbaijan – Land of Fire on Silk Way exhibition at the Museum of Roman Civilization in Rome, Italy in the framework of the Roman Biennale – 2012.
