Boris Kovač’s newest ensemble, New Rituals Group quartet bring a new tone of meditative melodies and compositions encompassing silence. Kovač has instigated and lead many formations: art ensemble (Ritual Nova), chamber music group (Ogledalo) ball-room band (LaDaABa Orchest) – many shapes of  the same relentless artistic quest. He strives to transform and resolve the heritage, the traumas and the present of a whole region throug the healing power of music. Enchanting melancholy, subtle playfulness and an authentic local flavour mixed from the folk tradition of the Carpathian Basin, jazz and ballroom dances.
