Kuba Borysiak – ethnomusicologist, journalist, broadcaster, producer and musician
(Swoja Droga, Alamut). Graduate of the Institute of Musicology, Warsaw University. Since 2008 a regular presenter of the Sources magazine and host of Listen to the World show on Polish Radio Two.

Programmer and organizer of the Polish Radio Folk Festival New Tradition.

Chairman of the Folk and Traditional Music Group of theEuropean Broadcasting Union: 2012-2017 (Euroradio Folk Festival); member of WMCE.

Founder and Artistic Director of the Festival of Youth Without Fronteriers in Różanystok (2009-2015). Since 2016 collaborates with the Cross-Culture Festival in Warsaw as board member and programmer. Works also as a promoter of Polish bands Kapela Maliszów, Sutari and Infidelis.
