Dejan Vujinović is the artistic director of Etnofest and Jazziré music festivals in Serbia, manager of several Creative Europe projects touching upon world music or jazz. Serving the finest music to its audience for the past two decades, these festivals and projects promote both local and international artists, foster their cooperation and transnational mobility. The mentioned festivals’ profile is alternative and exploratory – allowing space for fusions and experiments, but also appreciating roots and tradition at the same level. He also acts as a main stage manager at Malomfesztivál in Orom, Serbia. Dejan holds a master degree in marketing, and for his full-time job – he works as a communication manager of the Interreg VI-A IPA Hungary – Serbia programme.
