A teacher by profession and a World Music lover since the 1990s, I started doing a radio show in 2015 after moving from Germany to Luxembourg. Presenting local music from all parts of the globe, be it traditional, modern or fusion, in my weekly Mondophon radio show on independent station Radio ARA in Luxembourg. Writing regularly about world music – including my monthly column “Willis Tipps” with World Music album recommendations – for Luxembourgish weekly newspaper WOXX (print and online) as a freelance journalist. Writing also for German folk and world music magazines FOLKER and Folk Galore. I am a member of the jury of Transglobal World Music Chart since the beginning.
