Hakumba

Budapest based 12-piece band Hakumba fuse jazz, afrobeat and world music into high energy live performances featuring eclectic horn arrangements, dense percussive grooves and captivating vocal and instrumental virtuosity. In the past few years you could regularly see them perform outside of Hungary, at various European festivals and showcases like SXSW London, PIN Music Showcase, Mumush, Goulash Disco, and many more. In early 2026, Hakumba made their overseas debut; a very well received Australian tour consisting of 13 shows.
