Marina Roveta is a Spanish artist manager and founder of Producciones Submarinas, a boutique agency established in 2010. With a background in psychology and nearly 20 years in the music industry, she specializes in long-term artistic development, international strategy, and sustainable career building.

She works with artists such as Pipo Romero and David Otero, developing international touring strategies across Europe, North America, and Asia, with a focus on folk, world, pop, and contemporary acoustic music.

Marina is a mentor in the EMMpower Mentorship Programme (EMMA) and the UPBEAT Artist Mentoring Programme, and a member of EMMA’s Folk Global Steering Committee. She also lectures in music business master’s programs in Spain, focusing on internationalization, artist branding, and career strategy.
