Zorica Tepić is an expert in marketing and communications, with over 20 years of experience, gained through holding leadership roles in the music and festival industry, as well as in other segments of the creative industries. Former CMO of EXIT Festival and the SKYMUSIC Corporation, she has honed her skills in destination branding on the regional and international market. After her position as a marketing manager for the presentation of the Republic of Serbia at the EXPO Dubai 2020 World Exhibition, she became a Music Industry Advisor for the national platform Serbia Creates, with a focus on supporting artists from Serbia internationally, and is currently leading the association Serbia Creates Music.
