For Zsuzsanna Szálka, music management and its education are central focuses. She is a classical and contemporary music editor at the House of Hungarian Music. She leads the art center at the Central European University in Vienna and also teaches cultural project management and organizational development in the Cultural Heritage Studies program. As a classical and contemporary music curator for the Ördögkatlan Festival, she enriches the festival’s program with chamber music concerts and interactive workshops. Previously, she worked as an international relations staff member at Müpa-Budapest (2007-2013) and as concert organizing manager at the Liszt Academy of Music (2013-2016). Additionally, she has been a freelance cultural manager, organizing the Kultúrfürdő Festival (2009-2011), founding the Night of Choirs (2013-2015), and directing the Átlátszó Hang New Music Festival (2016-2021).
