European Capitals of Culture are presented at Budapest Ritmo each year. This year’s panel provides an opportunity to get familiar with the concepts of Plovdiv’s, Rijeka’s and Novi Sad’s bids. Hungarian applicants for the 2023 title will also be looked at: who got shortlisted, and what are there plans for musical events?
