The exciting quartet of Finnish vocal folk-hop visited Budapest in June, spellbinding the audience of Budapest A Cappella Festival. They combine free flowing a cappella rooted in folk songs with an urban touch and beat boxing. Four singers, fours elements (As ther debut album (Tules Maas Vedes Taivaal), make for a creative blast and unexpected harmonies on stage. It is rare to witness such an unashamedly fresh take on the folk tradition. Also in the WOMEX16 lineup, Tuuletar no doubt will give one of the most inspiring concerts at Budapest RITMO.
